It consists entirely of freeze dried meals... it is lightweight and has a 25 year plus shelf life. Our sales rep was great and I think he can shop anywhere in the country. Samples are free... you just add hot water, wait 10-12 minutes and you are good to go! I am soooo glad we did it. This economy scares the heck out of me.
